Catalina Food Group started in 1974 in Tampa, Florida making croquettes and tamales. Today we operate two production facilities, in Tampa, Florida and Stratford, Connecticut, producing over 200 products across three brands for retail, foodservice, and private-label customers nationwide.
What hasn’t changed is how we think about the business: make good products, make them consistently, and deliver them on time. Our facilities are SQF-certified and USDA-inspected, our quality systems are built for the customers who can’t afford a shorted order or a failed audit, and our team has decades of experience in frozen food manufacturing, distribution, and foodservice operations.
